Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an IT Recruiter (Target Based/ up to 20K). The IT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments.

The role involves maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding detailed job requirements, and presenting qualified candidates in a timely manner to meet agreed hiring targets. The IT Recruiter will update and manage recruitment trackers and applicant databases, provide regular status reports, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The position may also require collaborating with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and improve candidate outreach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing,



and offer negotiation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends to accurately assess technical fit and communicate with IT stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Candidates should possess skills in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and other digital tools for recruitment.
- Candidates should possess abilities in time management, target-based performance, and working independently in a remote environment.
- Relevant experience as an IT recruiter or technical talent acquisition specialist is preferred; agency or fast-paced setting experience is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is beneficial, along with knowledge of basic employment practices and ethics.
