IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Noida, Sector 16

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 2+ Years in IT/Technology Recruitment

⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

What We're Looking For

✔️ 2+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end IT/Technology Recruitment.

✔️ Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.

✔️ Robust Boolean and X-Ray search skills.

✔️ Experience hiring across technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Salesforce,



ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, Testing, RPA, and Full Stack Development.

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

✔️ Knowledge of ATS and MS Excel.

✔️ Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced recruitment environment.

Walk-in Drive (2 Days)

Dates: 3rd & 4th September 2026

Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Venue: Mount Talent Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Sector 16, Noida
