Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with solid knowledge of the Middle East talent market. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, sourcing top talent and working closely with clients to fulfill hiring needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles (contract & permanent)




- Work with account managers to understand client requirements
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases for sourcing
- Schedule and coordinate client interviews
- Maintain accurate records via ATS and provide timely follow-ups
- Stay current on IT hiring trends in the region

- 3–4 years of IT recruitment experience
- Must have Middle East recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and sourcing strategies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
