Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an IT Recruiter (upto 15k/ Target Based) at CareerBloc. The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

The role involves coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with clients to understand technical role requirements, align candidate profiles, and meet agreed placement targets. Daily work includes updating recruitment databases, preparing reports on hiring progress, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and results.

- Candidates should possess skills in IT talent sourcing, resume screening, and candidate shortlisting for various technical roles.




- Candidates should possess skills in conducting telephonic and virtual interviews, assessing technical and behavioral fit, and managing candidate follow-ups.
- Candidates should possess skills in using job portals, professional networking platforms (such as LinkedIn), and social media channels for recruitment.
- Candidates should possess skills in client communication, requirement gathering, and maintaining strong professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in maintaining recruitment trackers, preparing status reports, and working towards target-based hiring goals.
- Strong understanding of common IT roles, technologies, and industry trends is highly beneficial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience as an IT Recruiter or in technical hiring, preferably in an agency or fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience may be considered.
