IT Operations Manager –

Location: Thane

Experience: 5–7 Years

Department: Information Technology

Reporting To: Application Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Manage IT operations and application support activities.

- Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes as per ITIL standards.

- Act as the first point of contact for major application escalations and coordinate war room discussions for quick resolution.

- Understand business requirements and coordinate with implementation teams for effective delivery.

- Conduct operational review meetings with business stakeholders.

- Govern SLA & OLA management and ensure vendor compliance.

- Identify automation opportunities and drive project execution with timely delivery.





- Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA implementation.

- Improve existing IT processes for operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of IT operations and IT best practices.

- Good knowledge of ITIL processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Project management and stakeholder management experience.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- BE / B.Sc (IT) / Graduate with solid coding abilities.
