Job Role

- Java Trainer / Technical Trainer

- Conduct live, in-person, and virtual training sessions for learners on Core Java, Advanced Java, and Java Frameworks.

- Facilitate and support learners throughout their learning journey.

- Deliver a personalized and blended learning experience to help learners achieve their desired technical skills.

- Provide practical guidance, coding support, and clarification of technical concepts.

- Monitor learner progress and provide appropriate feedback and support.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on Core Java, Advanced Java, and relevant Java Frameworks.

- Teach Core Java concepts including Collections, Exceptions, File Handling, and JDBC.

- Provide training on MySQL and database connectivity.

- Cover frontend fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Explain programming concepts through practical examples and coding exercises.

- Support learners in resolving coding and technical issues.

- Track learner progress and provide personalized guidance.

- Conduct practical assignments, exercises, and assessments as required.





- Maintain an engaging and interactive learning environment.

- Help learners develop job-ready technical skills.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Core Java.

- Good knowledge of Collections and Exception Handling.

- Knowledge of File Handling and JDBC.

- Working knowledge of MySQL.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

- Development experience is an added advantage.

Experience & Eligibility

- 1–2 years of technical training experience in a corporate workplace or EdTech institute.

- Candidates with software development experience will have an added advantage.

- Strong technical knowledge and passion for teaching and training are required.
