Summary: Support the team in deployment, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support of applications and infrastructure services. Assist in project execution, issue resolution, documentation, and client support activities. This role requires to work in rotational shifts which includes Night Shift as well.

Education: Any Graduate.

Expereince: 2+ years of experience, preferrably in Technical Support, Infrastructure Support, Application Support, or Technical Implementation.

Certification: Preferred: ITIL Foundation, Azure Fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner.

Knowledge:

1. Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure and SDLC.
2. Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
3. Basic understanding of Cloud (IaaS/PaaS), Networking, and APIs.
4. Familiarity with SCM tools such as Git and Bitbucket.
5. Exposure to databases and application support concepts.
6. Basic knowledge of Docker and monitoring tools.
7. Assist in application and infrastructure implementation activities.
8. Monitor systems, applications,



and cloud environments.
9. Provide L1 support and escalate issues to relevant teams.
10. Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate issue resolution.
11. Support deployment, patching, and maintenance activities.
12. Maintain implementation and operational documentation.
13. Perform system health checks and service validations.
14. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for support requirements.
15. Assist in incident management and RCA data collection.
16. Ensure adherence to defined processes, SLAs, and security guidelines
17. Will have to work in rotational shifts, including night shift.
