Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues related to desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in IT Desktop Support or similar field.
- Robust knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (laptop/desktop) including networking fundamentals.
- Proficiency in software troubleshooting (OS installation/configuration/troubleshooting).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
