Role Description

- Comprehensive understanding of hardware–software integration and the development of secure, reliable IT solutions.
- Overseeing system testing, validation, and support for prototype development and deployment.
- Maintaining strong confidentiality and data security standards, especially for defence and strategic projects. Consultancy & Technical Projects
- Support technology consultancy and IT projects for government and industry.
- Preparation of technical reports, documentation, and project proposals.
- Support innovation activities and technology-driven startup projects. Software, Web Development & Programming
- Design,



development, and maintenance of software applications, websites, and web portals (frontend and backend).
- API development, database management, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Development of automation tools, dashboards, and digital solutions.
- Programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Java/C++, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, WordPress/CMS, and MySQL/PostgreSQL (preferred).
- Ability to use AI tools for software development, automation, and productivity improvement.

Qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Cyber Physical Systems, Embedded Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT programming, software/website development and maintenance, CPS or technology projects.
- Strong programming and analytical problem-solving skills.
- High level of professional integrity and strong confidentiality in handling sensitive data and projects.
- Good communication and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams and manage multiple assignments.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Defence/Government Projects, CPS Projects, Consultancy, or Research Organizations.
