Role Description The Investment Partner role at 4CHAMPZ is a full-time, remote position focused on driving the company’s growth and long-term financial strategy. On a day-to-day basis, the Investment Partner will identify and evaluate investment opportunities, build and refine financial models, and perform detailed financial and commercial analyses.

This role includes conducting due diligence on potential projects, partners, and expansion initiatives, as well as assessing risk, return, and alignment with the company’s mission.

The Investment

Partner will collaborate with leadership to develop funding strategies, prepare investment presentations and reports,



and maintain relationships with investors and financial institutions. The position requires proactive engagement in market research, portfolio performance tracking, and recommending data-backed decisions to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Investments skills, with experience in evaluating opportunities and managing capital allocation.
- Candidates should possess solid Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills to build forecasts, scenario analyses, and performance dashboards.
- Candidates should possess experience in Due Diligence, including financial, legal, and operational reviews of potential investments or partners.
- Strong understanding of startup or growth-stage business environments, preferably in sports, education, or services sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated track record in fundraising, investor relations, or strategic financial planning is highly beneficial.
