Role Description The Investment Banking Intern role at CoKaCo is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will assist in building and refining financial models, preparing pitch decks, and supporting fundraising materials for startups and SMEs.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and industry research, assisting with investment analysis, and supporting due diligence activities on potential opportunities. The role also involves working closely with senior team members to organize financial data,
prepare client presentations, and contribute to advisory projects. This position offers hands-on experience in investment banking-related work in a quick-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Qualifications
- Robust Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial and market data.
- Solid foundation in Finance, Investments, and understanding of capital-raising processes.
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling, including building and updating spreadsheets and valuation models.
- Exposure to Due Diligence, including reviewing company information and identifying key risks and opportunities.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in an on-site workplace.
