Investment Banking Analyst Role

Location: Remote

Working Hours: UK Time Zone

Availability: Immediate joiners only

We are looking for a high-caliber Investment Banking Analyst to join a fast-paced investment banking team supporting transaction and advisory work.

This is a highly execution-focused role for someone with genuine front-office Investment Banking experience and strong transaction exposure.

What You’ll Do

- Support M&A;, ECM, DCM, and financial advisory engagements
- Build and maintain detailed financial models
- Perform company and transaction valuations
- Conduct DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analysis
- Prepare pitchbooks, CIMs, management presentations, and other transaction materials
- Conduct financial and industry analysis to support live and prospective transactions
- Work closely with senior team members in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all deliverables

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of front-office Investment Banking experience
- Experience in M&A;, ECM, DCM, or Financial Advisory
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Strong understanding of:




- DCF
- Comparable company analysis
- Precedent transactions
- Transaction modeling
- Proven experience preparing pitchbooks, CIMs, management presentations, and transaction materials
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities
- Immediate availability

Preferred Background We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked at a well-known investment bank or established global financial institution , including firms such as:

Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, Citi, Barclays, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Jefferies, Evercore, Lazard, Moelis, or similarly reputable institutions.

Important

This role requires genuine front-office Investment Banking experience with transaction/deal exposure .

Candidates whose experience is primarily only in:

- Back-office functions
- Middle-office functions
- Operations
- Accounting
- General finance

will not be considered.
