– Inventory Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for event and production materials.
- Track incoming and outgoing items, equipment, props, décor materials, and other assets.
- Coordinate with event, production, purchase, and operations teams for material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain records of material issued and returned after every event.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase/reorder requirements when needed.
- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and safety of company assets and equipment.
- Prepare inventory reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Minimize material loss, damage, wastage, and unauthorized usage.




- Manage event-wise inventory planning and dispatch/return of materials.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; inventory/supply-chain qualification is an advantage.
- 1-3years of experience in inventory, warehouse, stores, or event operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
- Robust organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities
