Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Inventory Auditor to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of inventory records maintained in the ERP system. The role will involve physical stock audits, ERP audits, reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, inventory movement verification, and coordination with internal teams, clients, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular physical stock audits and compare actual stock with ERP records.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and ERP data.
- Implement corrective actions to rectify discrepancies and prevent recurrence.
- Perform ERP inventory audits to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct inventory audits for Seed R&D; (SQL & BT).
- Monitor stock movements, including inward, outward, and transfer transactions.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed during storage and dispatch.
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues affecting ERP inventory data integrity.
- Conduct audits related to ERP security, including user access controls and data protection.
- Recommend and implement security protocols to strengthen inventory system controls.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.




- Address inventory-related queries and concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
- Provide regular updates to clients on inventory audit status and issue resolution.
- Oversee the annual inventory reconciliation process and ensure records are aligned with client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve reconciliation-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of audits, deviations, discrepancies, and resolutions.
- Report critical inventory deviations and operational risks to management immediately.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Inventory Audit, Stock Audit, Warehouse Audit, ERP Audit, or Inventory Control.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good understanding of inventory processes and stock reconciliation.
- Experience working with ERP inventory systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Proficiency in English and the local language.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and process gaps.
- Willingness to conduct physical audits across inventory/warehouse operations.
