In this role, you will:
- Track and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Analyze inventory data and trends to identify potential risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and make recommendations to optimize inventory, such as adjusting reorder points, safety stock levels, and replenishment strategies.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with procedures.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate and resolve discrepancies through root cause analysis.
- Maintain inventory records, including item descriptions, quantities, and locations.
- Manage order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipment.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, monitoring their performance and managing purchase orders.
- Manage inventory software and system updates, ensuring data integrity and maximizing system capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Essential skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in inventory management or a related position.
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems and software (ERP, WMS, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in working with data and inventory records.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
