Exp Range: 2-3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment & Logistics Operations

- Timely filing and clearance of shipments without paying any fine or demurrage charges
- Support end to end shipment execution from pickup to delivery, including follow ups with transporters and freight forwarders.
- Track shipment status and proactively escalate delays or exceptions.

Documentation & Compliance
- Check list approvals and verify logistics documentation such as:

- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Delivery Challan
- AWB / BL
- Shipping Bill / Bill of Entry (support role)

* Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and handled as per internal document control SOPs.
- Support compliance with SEZ, customs, and exportimport regulations under guidance from senior team members.

System & Data Management
- Update shipment details in MIS
- Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment trackers, and supporting documents.
- Support audit requirements by providing data, shipment proofs, and documentation when required.

Coordination & Stakeholder Support




- Coordinate with internal teams such as:

- Warehouse / FG
- Planning
- Finance
- Security / Gate operations

* Liaise with external partners including transporters, customs brokers, and logistics service providers.
- Communicate clearly on shipment status, document requirements, and operational issues.

Education

- Graduate

Experience

- 1–2 years of hands on experience in:

- Logistics operations
- Export/import coordination

* Exposure to SEZ / customs processes is an added advantage. ______________

Skills

Technical / Functional Skills

- Basic understanding of logistics
- Familiarity with export/import documentation

Preferred (Nice to Have)

- Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or electronics industry
- Exposure to customs brokers, freight forwarders, or 3PL coordination
- Knowledge of Incoterms and basic trade compliance concepts
