We are looking for an HR / Recruitment Intern who can take ownership of recruitment and help us build the right team as we grow.

Role Overview

This is not a role where you will only assist someone with recruitment.

As an HR / Recruitment Intern, you will be expected to take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process . You will actively identify candidates, source them through different platforms, reach out to them, coordinate interviews, follow up, and help close positions.

You will need to figure out how and where to find the right candidates for different roles and take initiative rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Understand hiring requirements directly from the team and leadership.
- Identify the right candidate profiles for different positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, college networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Actively search for and reach out to potential candidates.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial conversations where required.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the internal team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and hiring records.
- Build and manage a structured recruitment pipeline.




- Assist with onboarding and other HR operations when required.
- Continuously explore new and effective ways to find high-quality candidates.

Important This role requires someone who is willing to take ownership.

You will be expected to find candidates and drive the hiring process yourself . You will not simply be given a list of candidates to coordinate with.

We are looking for someone who can think:

"How do I find the right person for this role?"

and then actively work towards finding them.
