Handle international customer calls and provide qualified, timely resolutions to customer queries.

Maintain excellent verbal communication and demonstrate strong customer-handling skills.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information or appropriate solutions.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and positive customer interaction.

Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice/customer service process.

Salary: Up to ₹34,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Shift: Rotational shifts

Weekly Off: Rotational
