Experience in International Technical Support (Voice Process) is Mandatory

Experience in a Technical BPO / International Customer Support is mandatory

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills

Career gap accepted

Relieving letter is Not Mandatory
