We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Chat Support Executives to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling international customers through chat support, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle chat with international customers.
- Respond to customer queries through chat support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Resolve customer issues within the defined turnaround time.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or processes.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update CRM/system details.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and communication guidelines.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Achieve assigned targets related to customer satisfaction, quality,



productivity, and response time.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
- Work effectively with team members and other departments.
- Be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required for international processes.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates with good communication skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Basic computer knowledge and positive typing skills.
- Willingness to work in international voice/chat support.
- Customer-service-oriented attitude.
