The team is experienced with leading bookkeeping platforms like QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, and real estate management systems such as Buildium, Propertyware, Rentec, and AppFolio. In addition to managing books, the firm has filed over 15,000 tax returns in the last season and offers tax planning, FP&A;, and audit support services for global clients.

Role Description The International Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for Konnect Books & Taxes across international markets, with a particular focus on North America and other key regions. This full-time, in office role is based in Pune City and involves prospecting potential clients, qualifying leads, and managing the end-to-end business development cycle from initial outreach to contract closure. The executive will conduct market research, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, prepare tailored proposals and presentations,



and collaborate closely with the delivery and finance teams to align client requirements with service offerings.

Daily activities include engaging with decision-makers through calls, meetings, and digital channels; representing the firm in online and in-person events; and tracking performance metrics using CRM and sales tools. The role also includes contributing to sales strategy, gathering feedback from prospects and clients, and supporting the development of marketing collateral and campaigns that promote bookkeeping, tax, FP&A;, and audit support services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing international deals.

- Candidates should possess familiarity with financial, accounting, or tax services and an understanding of B2B service sales; experience with US or international clients is highly beneficial.
