Role Description This is a full-time on-site Intern role based in Chennai. The Intern will support day-to-day activities such as coordinating events and meetings between students and guest speakers, assisting in outreach to educational institutions, and helping manage communication with participants and partners.

Responsibilities include preparing basic documentation and reports, supporting social media and marketing efforts, and assisting with logistics and scheduling for sessions and workshops.



The Intern will also help gather feedback from participants, contribute ideas to improve engagement, and collaborate with team members on ongoing projects.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in civic engagement, public policy, and youth-focused initiatives.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle event coordination, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.
- Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and comfort with social media platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Current student or recent graduate in any discipline; background in social sciences, communications, or political science is a plus.
