About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to support day-to-day logistics operations, including dispatches, shipment tracking, inventory and coordination with internal teams and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate dispatch and delivery of hearing aids, audiology devices, accessories and other products.
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed/pending deliveries.
- Maintain records of inward/outward movement, returns, replacements and inventory.
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups and deliveries.
- Support coordination with Sales, Audiology, Warehouse, Finance and Customer Support teams.




- Assist in maintaining dispatch documentation and logistics trackers.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and support inventory reconciliation.
- Assist the Logistics Manager in resolving operational issues and improving processes.

Key Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Robust follow-up and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive approach and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Pursuing/completed BBA, BMS, B.Com, Logistics, Supply Chain or related courses.
- Candidates interested in Logistics, Supply Chain and Operations will be preferred.
