About the role:We're looking for a YouTube talent scout to identify, connect with, and build relationships with creators and influencers on YouTube. This is not a content, campaign, or social media management role - it's a dedicated outreach and partnerships role. Your job is to find the right creators for our brand, get their genuine attention, and open the door to a working relationship.

If you know how to track down a creator's contact info, craft a message that actually gets a reply, and build rapport with people you've never met - this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Scout YouTube daily to identify creators who match our brand's niche, tone, and audience criteria.
- Find and verify each creator's contact details (business email, Instagram DM, website/contact form, or management/agency contact) even when it isn't listed anywhere obvious.
- Reach out directly to creators (and their managers/agencies, where applicable) to introduce the brand and open conversations.
- Track outreach status, responses, and relationship progress in an organized master sheet (Google Sheets/Excel).
- Channel metrics (Subscriber count, average views,



engagement levels).
- Review content to ensure creators’ tone and audience demographics match Noise requirements.
- Briefly report on rising creators or "micro-influencers" who are gaining traction in our target categories.

What We Are Looking For:

- You live on YouTube. You understand the platform's algorithm, culture, niches, and creator trends well enough to spot the right fit quickly - this is non-negotiable for this role.
- You're a natural researcher/investigator. You know how to track down an email address that isn't sitting in plain sight, and you enjoy that kind of digging.
- You're obsessively accurate. You double- and triple-check every email and data point before it goes into the sheet, one typo can break an entire outreach chain.
- You can consistently hit daily research quotas without cutting corners on data quality.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/MS Excel. Experience with influencer research tools (like Modash, HypeAuditor, or Phantombuster) is a massive plus but not required.
