Qualification

- Final-year B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / Post Basic Nursing student or recently qualified nurse undergoing internship.

- Valid Nursing Council registration if applicable

Role Purpose To support nursing care delivery under supervision by assisting in patient care activities, gaining hands-on clinical experience, and adhering to hospital policies, safety, and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist registered nurses in providing basic patient care as per care plans.

- Monitor and record vital signs, intake–output, and patient observations.

- Support patient hygiene, mobility, feeding, and comfort measures.

- Assist in medication preparation and administration under supervision.

- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports.

- Follow infection control practices,



patient safety protocols, and biomedical waste management guidelines.

- Support ward procedures, admissions, transfers, and discharges.

- Communicate patient needs and concerns to the supervising nurse.

Skills & Competencies

- Valuable communication skills.

- Should be able to handle all kind of wound including the burns wound

- Proper documentation of the procedures and the incident reporting to be done in regular intervals.
