About Tiffexx

Tiffexx is a growing food-tech startup building a platform that connects customers with home chefs and brings fresh, home-style meals to their doorstep.

We are looking for a hungry, ambitious and highly curious fresh graduate who wants to be part of the early-stage journey of a startup and play a crucial role in building Tiffexx.

The Role

As a Founding Team Associate, you will work directly with the CEO/Founder of Tiffexx and get exposure to multiple aspects of building and scaling a startup.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, experimenting with ideas, using AI to work smarter, and taking things from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the CEO/Founder on critical business, growth and operational initiatives.
- Use AI tools for research, analysis, problem-solving,



automation and improving business processes.
- Take ownership of projects, identify problems and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision.

What We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience.
- Hungry, ambitious and eager to learn.
- Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship and building businesses.
- Excellent ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.
- Proactive mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
