Responsibilities:-

- Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads through market research and outreach activities.
- Support customer service operations by addressing basic customer inquiries and facilitating smooth communication between clients and the bank.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare sales presentations and promotional materials tailored to different customer segments.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service requests using the bank’s CRM tools.
