Job Brief:- Join AU Small Finance Bank Limited as a Sales and Service Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector by supporting the sales and customer service teams. You will assist in driving customer acquisition, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service standards, contributing to the bank's mission of financial inclusion and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:-

- Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads through market research and outreach activities.
- Support the customer service team in addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely information about banking products and services.
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service requests using CRM tools and internal databases.
