Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales and Service department in a developmental role. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector, focusing on customer engagement, sales support, and service delivery. The role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to banking operations, client relationship management, and product knowledge, preparing the candidate for a future career in financial services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach to learning, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team setting.

Responsibilities:-

- Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads through market research and outreach activities.




- Support customer service representatives in addressing client inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service requests using the bank’s CRM and other digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to provide insights that support the development of sales strategies and service improvements.
- Contribute to the organization and execution of promotional events and campaigns aimed at increasing product awareness and customer acquisition.
- Assist in compliance and documentation processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Engage in continuous learning about banking products, financial regulations, and industry best practices to support team objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer service metrics for review by senior management.
