Responsibilities:-

- Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads through market research and outreach activities.
- Support customer service operations by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare sales presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional materials.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities,



and service requests using CRM tools.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to provide insights for improving sales strategies and service quality.
