Responsibilities:-

- Assist the sales team in identifying and reaching out to potential customers to promote banking products and services.




- Support customer service operations by addressing client inquiries and resolving basic service issues under supervision.

- Collaborate with team members to organize and participate in customer engagement activities and promotional events.
