Job Brief:- Join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Sales and Service team as a dynamic intern, gaining hands-on experience in the financial services sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand customer engagement, sales strategies, and service delivery within a leading small finance bank. The intern will support the team in driving customer acquisition, enhancing service quality, and contributing to the bank's growth objectives while developing qualified skills in a real-world banking environment. Responsibilities:-

- Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads through market research and outreach activities.
- Support customer service operations by addressing client inquiries and resolving basic service issues under supervision.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,
