Job Brief:- Join AU Small Finance Bank Limited as a Sales and Service Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector by supporting the sales and customer service teams. You will assist in driving customer engagement, learning about financial products, and contributing to the bank's mission of providing inclusive financial solutions to diverse customer segments. Responsibilities:-

- Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads through market research and outreach activities.
- Support customer service operations by addressing client inquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare sales presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional materials.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service requests using CRM tools.
