Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales and Service department in a developmental role. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial services sector, focusing on customer engagement, sales support, and service delivery. The role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to banking operations, client relationship management, and product knowledge, preparing the candidate for a future career in financial services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working collaboratively within a agile team environment.

Responsibilities:-

- Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads through market research and outreach activities.




- Support customer service operations by addressing client inquiries, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex problems to senior staff.
- Participate in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service requests using the bank’s CRM and other digital tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to provide insights that support sales strategies and service improvements.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns aimed at promoting the bank’s products and services.
