- Work closely with team to communicate project needs

- Assists with all phases of design for concepts through construction document preparation

- Revises drawings and renderings

- Conducts research for the project team

- Produces graphic presentations and builds study models

- Performs calculations and basic analytical tasks

- Organizes files, materials and displays

- Keep up to date with design trends and software advancement

- Perform field work (evaluation of existing sites) as directed by seniors.

Requirements

- Senior or graduate status, pursuing a degree in Architecture.

- Specific desire to obtain experience with eye for details in projects.

- High level proficiency with AutoCAD & 3D Software like Sketchup, Vray/Lumion/Enscape, photoshop etc.

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

- Strong organizational, creative and visualization skills.
