Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Site Supervisor role based in Bengaluru.

The Interior Site

Supervisor oversees day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and workers; monitoring project timelines; and managing materials and resources on site. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, resolving in office issues, and ensuring that installations, finishes, and furnishings are aligned with approved plans.

Supervisor also prepares basic progress updates, reports site conditions to project management, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.





Qualifications

- Experience in interior site supervision, fit-out execution, or construction site management with strong knowledge of interior finishes and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications, and translate them into clear instructions for on-site teams.
- Skills in coordinating contractors, workers, and vendors, including basic project scheduling, task allocation, and on-site workflow management.
- Attention to detail for quality checks on carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and furnishing, ensuring work meets design and safety standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, designers, and team members, and to resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations, site protocols, and compliance with local building standards and company policies.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (such as email, spreadsheets, and messaging apps) for reporting, documentation, and coordination.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Ability to work on-site full time, adapt to changing project demands, and manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
