Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Fit Out Designer role based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk.

The Interior Fit Out

Designer will develop detailed interior layouts and fit-out concepts for commercial and corporate projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities include preparing construction drawings, coordinating FF&E; selections, and collaborating with architecture and project management teams to deliver practical and aesthetically cohesive designs. The role involves regular site visits to review progress,



ensure design intent is maintained, and address any fit-out or technical issues. The designer will also participate in client presentations, support material and vendor coordination, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, visually compelling commercial environments.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop accurate plans, details, and technical documentation for fit-out execution.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; expertise, including selection, specification, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment suitable for diverse commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and MS Office tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field, with experience in commercial or corporate fit-out projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in office with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, local building regulations, and fit-out best practices; prior experience in large-scale or turnkey interiors is an advantage.
