Job Role

- Interior Designer

- The Interior Designer will be responsible for managing end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development through final execution and handover. The role involves client coordination, design development, site supervision, vendor management, and mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities

Design &

- Project Management:

- Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept development to final execution and handover.

- Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and detailed layouts according to client requirements.

- Prepare and review 2D drawings, 3D designs, working drawings, and BOQs for accuracy and execution feasibility.

- Manage design timelines, deliverables, and project schedules.

- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed schedule.

Client Coordination

- Coordinate with clients for design presentations, approvals, and timely design closures.

- Handle client escalations and provide effective design solutions.

- Maintain strong and professional client relationships.

Materials &

- Vendor Coordination

- Oversee material selection and finishes.





- Coordinate with vendors to ensure the design intent is maintained throughout execution.

Site &

- Execution

- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and execution teams for seamless implementation.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress.

- Resolve design-related issues and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Team Management

- Guide and mentor junior designers.

- Ensure design consistency and team productivity.

Consultants &

- Compliance

- Coordinate with external consultants, including lighting, HVAC, and MEP teams, for integrated design solutions.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company processes.

Design Documentation

- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.

Design Innovation

- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

- Introduce creative and practical design solutions.
