- Candidates should possess strong Space Planning and Interior Design skills, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts for commercial and entertainment environments.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to prepare or interpret detailed plans, sections, and elevations for execution on site.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; expertise, including selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design concepts, durability, safety, and budget requirements.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Photoshop, 3D rendering) is beneficial.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in commercial, hospitality, or cinema projects preferred.
