Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Noida in a full-time capacity, developing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for a variety of client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements, creating design concepts, and preparing detailed layout plans. The role involves coordinating space planning, selecting materials and finishes, and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;) to meet design standards and budget constraints.

The Interior

Designer will produce or review construction drawings in coordination with architecture and engineering teams,



ensuring designs comply with safety codes and regulations. The position also includes site visits, vendor coordination, and participation in design presentations to ensure smooth project execution from concept through completion.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and organize interior layouts, demonstrating strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
- Foundational understanding of Architecture and its integration with interior design projects.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings for interior projects.
- Experience selecting and coordinating FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) aligned with design intent and budget.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
- Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to create mood boards, 3D views, and presentations.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
