Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 3 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design. The candidate should have strong design skills, knowledge of materials and finishes, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D layouts, floor plans, and detailed working drawings.
- Create 3D models, renders, and presentations using design software.
- Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Select suitable materials, furniture, lighting, colors, and finishes.
- Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Ensure designs are practical, within budget, and aligned with project timelines.
- Review site execution and ensure work matches approved drawings.
- Monitor project progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for material selection and procurement.
- Make design revisions based on client feedback.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings,



and design records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and materials.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or other rendering tools.
- Robust knowledge of space planning and interior design principles.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good project coordination and time-management skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior design.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is preferred.
