Role Description The Interior Design Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This position involves meeting clients to understand their requirements, presenting design concepts, and recommending furniture, finishes, and layouts that align with project objectives and brand identity.

The consultant will develop interior design proposals, prepare mood boards and basic drawings, coordinate with vendors, and support project teams in ensuring timely and quality execution.



Daily activities include guiding customers through product selections, answering design-related queries, and providing professional advice that enhances overall customer experience. The role also requires close collaboration with sales and operations teams to help convert leads into projects and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to present design concepts, explain options clearly, and collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service skills to deliver a positive experience, understand client needs, and provide tailored design recommendations.
- Proficiency in Interior Design, including space planning, color coordination, and material selection, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Sales skills to engage prospects, support closing of design projects, and promote suitable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Knowledge of Furniture types, finishes, and ergonomic considerations to recommend appropriate products for hospitality and commercial spaces.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Basic familiarity with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and 3D visualization is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and collaborate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
