Role Description The Inter CA role at Stepone Capital is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves assisting in financial analysis, company valuations, and preparation of reports and documentation for investment banking and corporate advisory assignments.

The individual will support work related to SME listings, fund raising, and mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, data compilation, and coordination with internal teams and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include working on financial models, reviewing regulatory and compliance requirements, preparing presentations, and supporting transaction execution activities. The role also requires maintaining accurate records,



contributing to research on industry and capital markets, and assisting senior professionals in client interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should be pursuing or have completed Intermediate level of Chartered Accountancy (Inter CA) with strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and taxation fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial analysis, valuation techniques, and basic financial modeling using tools such as Excel.
- Candidates should have familiarity with capital markets, investment banking concepts, and corporate finance, including SME listings and fund raising processes.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
- Candidates should be proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable working with data and documentation.
- Candidates should exhibit attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with team members, maintain professional integrity, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior internship or work experience in financial services, audit, or consulting will be considered an advantage.
