The mandate A Big-4-style skilled-services firm is building out its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an Intellectual Property Manager for its advisory practice. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India. The practice advises clients on trademark and patent portfolios and needs someone who can run that book independently.

What the role owns

You will manage a portfolio of client trademark and IP filings end to end, coordinate with external counsel and IP offices, and keep renewal and opposition timelines from slipping. You will also brief partners on portfolio risk and translate IP strategy into filing and enforcement plans clients can act on.

Day to day

- Manage trademark, copyright, and patent-adjacent filings across a client portfolio
- Track renewal, opposition, and enforcement deadlines across jurisdictions




- Coordinate with external counsel, agents, and IP offices on filings and disputes
- Advise clients and internal partners on portfolio strategy and risk

What you bring 5 to 9 years managing trademark or IP portfolios, ideally with a law firm, corporate legal team, or IP consultancy. An LLB or equivalent qualification, sharp docketing discipline, and the judgement to flag risk before it becomes a problem. Clear written English and comfort advising clients directly.
