Job Role

- Insurance Sales Manager / Relationship Manager

- Work across the Banca Channel, Branch Banking, Agency Channel, and Direct Channel.

- Recruit, train, and develop Insurance Consultants (ICs) for the Agency Channel.

- Drive life insurance sales through effective business development strategies.

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, customer engagement, and company-provided leads.

- Mentor advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and policy renewals.

- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly business targets.

- In the Direct Channel, handle 100% company-provided leads through calling and customer follow-ups.

- Visit customers in the field and assist them with suitable life insurance products.

- Understand customer requirements and explain appropriate insurance policies.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and advisors to maximise business opportunities.





Key Responsibilities

Agency Channel

- Recruit and onboard Insurance Consultants (ICs).

- Train and develop advisors on insurance products and sales techniques.

- Provide guidance regarding compliance and company processes.

- Generate business through the advisor network.

- Monitor advisor performance and support them in achieving targets.

- Build robust relationships with advisors and customers.

- Focus on policy retention and renewals.

Direct Channel

- Work on 100% company-provided leads.

- Contact prospective customers through calls.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance policies.

- Convert leads into successful policy sales.

- Conduct field visits and customer meetings as required.

- Maintain regular follow-ups until the sales process is completed.
