Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on Insurance Placements. The role involves assessing clients’ business risks, recommending suitable insurance products, and coordinating the placement of policies with insurers.

The Insurance

Placements qualified will liaise with clients to understand their coverage needs, prepare proposals and quotations, and manage the documentation required for policy issuance and renewals. Daily activities include analyzing risk profiles, handling client inquiries, collaborating with underwriting teams, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding requirements. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in internal systems, contributing to process improvements,



and supporting internal training related to insurance products and placement procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business risks, interpret policy terms, and compare coverage options.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities to explain insurance concepts clearly, prepare client-facing documents, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to client queries, manage expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Training and Recruiting capabilities to support onboarding of new team members and help upskill colleagues on products and processes.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with commercial insurance products, attention to detail, proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or corporate risk management.
