Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Insurance Financial Advisor at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance.

The Insurance Financial

Advisor will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable insurance and investment solutions. Daily tasks include conducting financial and retirement planning discussions, explaining product features and benefits, and helping customers select appropriate life, health, and retirement plans.



The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships with policyholders, reviewing portfolios periodically, and providing guidance on adjustments based on life events and market conditions.

The Insurance Financial

Advisor will also collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product offerings, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial advisory.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to assess customer needs and design suitable long-term strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Finance and Insurance to explain risk protection, coverage options, and policy structures clearly.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Investments to discuss wealth-building options and align recommendations with clients’ risk profiles.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex concepts simply, and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work independently in a remote, part time setting.
- Relevant experience in financial advisory, banking, insurance sales, or wealth management is preferred; professional certifications in finance or insurance and a bachelor’s degree in a related field are an advantage.
