Job Summary

We are looking for an Insurance Coordinator to manage and coordinate insurance-related activities between clients, insurance companies/TPAs, medical centers, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients and healthcare/diagnostic centers for insurance requirements.

- Handle insurance eligibility checks, approvals, authorizations, and documentation.

- Liaise with insurance companies/TPAs and follow up on pending cases.

- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between clients, medical centers, and insurers.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of insurance-related processes.

- Resolve queries and escalate issues when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare insurance, TPA, hospital, or diagnostic center operations preferred.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Valuable follow-up, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of healthcare insurance processes is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
