We are looking for a sales-oriented and proactive Instagram Sales Executive to manage customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to Instagram DMs, comments and customer enquiries via calls.
- Engage with interested customers, share contact details and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Handle and coordinate payments, order details and customer information.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager for order processing and dispatch.
- Follow up on enquiries, pending payments and orders to ensure smooth conversion and fulfilment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Robust sales and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp and basic computer tools
- Quick, organised and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in sales/customer service preferred
