About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Instagram Growth Consultant to provide strategic, data-driven guidance on our Instagram presence and organic growth.

This is a consulting role, not a Social Media Manager or Content Creator position.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of hands-on Instagram growth experience
- Strong understanding of Instagram Insights, Reels and organic growth
- Ability to analyse content performance, audience behaviour and growth patterns
- Experience with competitive benchmarking and growth strategy
- Robust analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to provide practical recommendations and measurable next steps

Key Responsibilities





- Audit our Instagram account and performance data
- Evaluate content, audience and positioning
- Identify growth opportunities
- Benchmark against relevant accounts
- Develop a practical 30–60 day growth strategy and testing framework
- Consult with the Suhaus Designs team on implementation

- Social Media Managers
- Content Creators
- Reel Editors
- Graphic Designers
- Generic “viral Reel” specialists

We want someone who can bring an independent, strategic and data-driven perspective to Instagram growth.
